Pastor Timothy Enosegbe hails from Eguare Ewohimi in Esan South East Local Government Area of Edo State. GOING by reports, crime rate is rising in Lagos. Record of the comparative analysis of the offences for 2008 and 2009 by the Lagos State Police Command stated that 270 people were murdered in different parts of the state while a total of 32 policemen lost their lives in gun duels with armed robbers in the nation’s commercial capital. About 140 robbers were killed by the police in the process.
