AMFSON seeks closer ties with NNPC

The Association of Mega Filling Station Owners of Nigeria (AMFSON) has urged close ties with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC).

Speaking in Abuja at a one-day workshop in collaboration with the Trade Union Congress (TUC), AMFSON President, Andrew Ashiga disclosed this.
Ashiga said that the filling station owners were determined to work with the NNPC retail to fast-track product distribution.

According to him, this will enable the federal government achieve its transformation agenda programme.
He pledged AMFSON's readiness to work with the new Group Managing Director of NNPC, Andrew Yakubu, for the economic development of Nigeria through a perfect product distribution scheme.
He urged Yakubu to ensure sustainable product supply to the mega filling stations, especially with the supply of Kerosene which would go a long way to enhance economic activities.
