2015: Afikpo gears up to succeed Elechi

The battle for the 2015 governorship election in Ebonyi State, has been narrowed down to the Ebonyi South Senatorial District, known as the Afikpo bloc of the state. Two governors of the state since 1999, have come from the Abakaliki axis. Thus, when the incumbent, Chief Martin Elechi pronounced recently where his successor would come from, it only was a confirmation of the obvious. JEFF AMECHI AGBODO, reports from Abakaliki
