THE February 12, 2012 African Cup of Nations’ (AFCON) finals won by the Chipolopolo of Zambia, was a sight to behold. For some inexplicable reason, many did not give Zambia any chance in the just concluded Africa Cup of Nations tourney; not with the time-tested teams of Ghana and Cote D’Ivoire with their array of glamourous, first rate professional players who ply their trade in frontline and wave-making leagues in Europe.
