Hurdles against local council autonomy

2015 Presidency: Jonathan and the South-East anger

While Nigerians are waiting till 2014, to hear from President Goodluck Jonathan, whether he will or not contest the 2015 presidential election, as he remarked in his last media chat, there are certain factors and options before Mr. President to consider along as he thinks and consults ahead of 2014 and 2015.
